These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CopyFat’s website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
“CopyFat” refers to the social forex copy trading platform currently in development.
“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
“Trader” refers to a User whose trades are copied by other Users.
“Follower” refers to a User who copies trades from Traders.
CopyFat is a social forex copy trading platform currently in its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage. The Service allows Users to join a waitlist for future access to copy trading features.
4.1 To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to provide contact information for our waitlist.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
4.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
a) Violating any local, state, national, or international law
b) Interfering with or disrupting the Service
c) Impersonating any person or entity
d) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CopyFat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. CopyFat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s reliability, availability, or suitability for your purposes
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CopyFat shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
a) Your use or inability to use the Service.
b) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
c) Any actions or inactions of third-party Traders or Followers.
d) Any other matter related to the Service.
8.2 Since CopyFat is currently in its MVP stage and does not yet operate as a licensed company, Users acknowledge that they are participating in the waitlist and any future services entirely at their own risk.
9.1 While CopyFat plans to introduce pricing plans for Traders (Masters) and Followers (Copiers) in the future, these plans are not currently active during the MVP stage.
9.2 CopyFat reserves the right to modify or introduce pricing plans at any time after the official launch of the platform. Users will be notified of any changes to pricing before they take effect.
9.3 Any fees or commissions associated with using the Service will be clearly communicated to Users before they subscribe to any paid plans.
10.1 CopyFat may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5, Tradelocker) in the future to enable trading functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those third-party platforms.
10.2 CopyFat is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of third-party services.
11.1 CopyFat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
a) Violation of these Terms.
b) Suspected fraudulent activity.
c) Technical or security issues.
11.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11.3 If you wish to terminate your account or remove yourself from the waitlist, you may contact us at support@copyfat.com.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13.1 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CopyFat regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
